Bradley is our CRL (Certified Registered Locksmith). He brings more than fifteen years of professional experience in roadside assistance and locksmithing. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for honest service, dependable workmanship, and treating every customer with respect. Brad believes every vehicle, home, and piece of property should be treated with the same care and attention he would give his own.

Sawyer helped found W&W. Whether helping someone locked out of their vehicle, diagnosing mechanical issues, or providing roadside assistance, his goal is to provide professional, damage-free service while giving customers peace of mind during an already stressful situation.

Behind the scenes, Wendy helps manage the business, customer experience, and branding while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep Winch & Willow running smoothly. Together, they share a passion for helping their community with integrity, compassion, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
